Brandon deserves 10 stars! I can’t put in words how thankful and excited I am to have worked with him.
I’ll begin by saying that buying or selling a property is one of those processes for which you want to be as informed and prepared as possible. Not only because of all of the things involved but because it is a big step. Brandon did just that for us.
He helped my fiancé and I with both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new house and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied. He went above and beyond, several times, to make sure we were kept abreast of every detail of each transaction (sale and purchase) and kept all moving parts in order, was dedicated and committed to work in our best interest, was responsive and accurate 100% of the time, and most of all, always brought a smile with him along with a positive attitude.
Before we hired Brandon, we had listed our condo through a different agency with no results. After Brandon, not only did we get showings and the open house was a huge success (all thanks to his great marketing techniques), but we opened escrow a week after we re-listed.
As a result of the sale of our condo, his team will mail us an USB with copies of all transactions. Another 10 stars for being paperless! Reduces clutter and papers with sensitive information laying around.
During the purchase of the new house, he was as engaged as he was during the sale of our condo.
He and his team were with us every step of the way, and kept the communication going with all parties involved; lender, escrow company, seller’s agents and with us.
